Credit cards for emergency purposes only
There are some people who apply for credit cards and make perhaps a year and never have used. They pay monthly dues that are required if any. These people simply have the credit card with expanded capacity, obviously, of using it know that they could use if they wish. Many are unsecured credit cards to boot.
So why do these people use their cards credit? Is it fear, or are so accustomed to using cash that not only crosses his mind to use the credit card first?
It could be that way however, believe it or not, that's not exactly true. A lot of people who have been approved for an unsecured credit card only Use credit card for emergencies. In this way they know they have the means to do whatever it is so important and simply do not have the cash to get the task accomplished.
This is a good idea, and those who are in control of your spending habits are able to do this. It's like if you put the credit card in your purse or wallet and forget or pretend they do not actually have.
Although we must admit that there are several people that once you have credit card in hand not can leave out and use it to the maximum. Then, when the monthly statements come in are just pay the bare minimum to keep the card actually credit.
I think the idea of having a credit card for the sole purpose of emergencies that arise in one's life is a good plan. And everybody knows often occur, often more than once. In these cases, the person is only using the credit card for the sole purpose of situations emergency may have paid off much faster for the simple reason that credit card is not the maximum amount and can usually be easily and quickly repaid until all fees are accumulated interest. Not to mention the fact that they have to pay the minimum each month, you only pay the amount used for purpose of emergency that has arisen and then put the credit card back in your purse or wallet, but forgetting all those who have it again until the situation next emergency arises and do not have the cash to cover the problem.
This in turn is also based on your honor, if people can see it or not. You see when using credit card and then turn around and quickly pay off, this looks good on your credit rating or credit history as a whole. So what you? He who uses the credit card for emergencies, literally, forgetting they have it until the absolute need arises and must be used, or the person who comes and uses it until the maximum amount allowed and limited to the minimum required payment each month?
