Can credit card companies sue you for debt? The implications
There are many reasons to settle in and take over debt credit card.
Not only will your credit score be adversely affected by a credit card debt outstanding or not, but you can be taken to court for him too. Being sued is never pleasant. outstanding debt has two legal and tax consequences. This is what you should know.

The delay
