Obama Credit Card Debt Relief – How Obama is helping with the credit card debt
In response to the fact that many Americans face a huge credit card debt, both $ 945, President Obama signed a bill that will severely impede the ability of the card issuers to raise interest rates and feeswithout warning or notice.
"With this bill we are putting in place some common sense reforms to protect consumers, "President Obama said after the signing of the Credit Card Accountability, Responsibility and Disclosure (CARD) Act of 2009 (HR 627).

As long as card holders pay their debt within 60 days from the date of billing, interest rates are not may increase.
In addition, card issuers now have to disclose all terms of its credit agreements online and in language that consumers could see and understand so that they can stay away from unnecessary costs and manage their finances. Under President Obama, "each card company line will have to publish their agreements, and we will monitor the agreements to see whether new protections are needed. "
This is good news for people they are now indebted to the credit card companies. With such movement of the President, people with cards can now manage the accounts, resolve or reduce credit card debt and live a great life ahead.
