"Sakura Financial Group" to Apparently, analysts have reminded customers to treat the news of the recovery with a pinch of salt and trust what they see happening around them instead of believing what they read in newspapers or see on television.
The asset management company based in Asia have used the increase in defaults on credit cards as an example in your email e latest program to clients. It cited the fact that defaults on credit cards are hitting record levels despite the efforts of governments to exert pressure on suppliers to be more lenient with consumers overwhelmed by debt.
"Sakura Financial Group" attributed the rising defaults rising unemployment and the use of cardholders and distressed by the credit crunch and the recession is short for the year 2008.
The firm said many consumers were using credit cards to pay for essentials such as housing and utilities, where, traditionally, these were funded by the wages.
"Sakura Financial Group analysts said the trend likely to continue in 2010 and which poses serious problems for banks and, therefore, for consumers who are having difficulty obtaining credit.
e-mail the company also suggested that the best way to evaluate the economic situation was to look at the activity in the malls and shopping centers.
"Sakura Financial Group" advising customers to avoid investment in banks and finance within the warning about facing writedowns and losses as the crisis worsened.
Some investors have been tempted to invest in banks based on stock prices bargain, but the company suggested that, although the justification for long-term investment for the future is convincing, better value and lower input prices manifested in the coming months and, as such, customers must remain patient.
