As a business owner, it is important to read these signs of trouble and take action immediately. Ask friends and business partners for recommendations. You can also find the many collection agencies in a B2B market on the Internet or the yellow pages. Call a few and ask them for their modus operandi. It is important to feel comfortable with their approach before hiring them. Also make sure they are licensed to operate in your state and work within the law to collect your money.
