"He who pays wrong, pays twice" is a famous saying among lawyers. Relating this to the cards Credit take home its meaning even more. Adjusted balance

Average Daily Balance
In this case, the sum of the daily balance is divided by the number of days in the cycle of giving balance for that particular period. The amount is multiplied by a constant factor in the interest burden. The interest arising are the same as the interest rate at closing of every day. Considered the simplest of the four methods, this method produces a very close interest charge than expected.
Two-cycle average balance daily
As its name implies, two billing cycles are taken into account and added to get the balance: the first is the current billing cycle, and the second from the previous billing cycle.
Breaking it into two smaller sub-groups can be divided into balance including new purchases and that the exclusion of new acquisitions. The first group is a double blow for users of regular credit cards because the customer pays for the activity given twice, as the method considers that the previous and current month average balance every day. On the other hand, the second group are not encouraged to not pay their balances in full each month.
Previous Balance
This method favors the company credit cards, and which bases its monthly interest charge on the balance of the beginning or end of the month. As Adjusted balance, therefore, this method could result in a higher interest rate or lower than estimated.
